JD Marvel Products ripoff consumer fraud ripoff Champlain New York
On Oct.20,2002 I placed an order for two (2) pairs of Fleece Lined houseshoes from an ad insert in my local Sunday paper.
The ad stated 2-5 weeks delivery time,since then I have called numerous times but have only been able to speak to someone once,other times the phone number just rings,no pick up, or I have been put on hold for up to 8 minutes.
I have tried sending e-mails but have gotten no replys. My check was cashed in Nov.2002,it is now Jan.2003 and I am still waiting.
I live on a fixed income and cannot afford to be ripped off for anything.Nor do I think anyone else should be.
