My husband and I bought a leather sofa and love seat from Jennifer Convertible. We had gone in to the store paid cash and was told that delivery would be the following Wednesday.

They did deliver when told but the sofa was damaged. The delivery guy called customer service who told us to keep the sofa and that they would send a technician over to either fix it or have it replaced. A call only the technician could make. We refused to accept delivery and told them that we wanted what we paid for. The delivery guy took the sofa and left the love seat. We made numerous calls to get a delivery date for the new sofa and that turned out to be a nightmare - no one returned our calls. Finally we were able to speak to a manager from another store that promised us delivery of a new sofa a week and half later. The reason it would take so long is that he was ordering a new sofa from the factory.

Well they delivered the same sofa patched up. We could not believe that they had the nerve to deliver the same sofa to us again. We paid $2,000.00 for this furniture. We made numerous phone calls and wrote numerous emails but again no one has returned our calls or responded to our emails.

After speaking again to the same manager who has been the only one to help and claimed that he did not know that this was going to happen - we await another delivery. Another day off of work. I would not recommed anyone buying from them.
