Complaint Review: Jennifer Herbers - Sugar Land Texas

There is a woman, presumably the latest owner of Panzer, who is showing the above dog as a multicolored dog.  The breeder of this dog says the dog, Panzer, is black and white; however, this woman is showing Panzer clearly as not just black and white.  I have also seen another picture said to be Panzer also showing Panzer to be multicolored and as being directly purchased from the breeder.  This woman also sent me a pedigree of a black and white dog she identified as a GSD with Panda markings; but sent me a pedigree of another dog. Now, who is telling the truth, this woman who presumably owns Panzer now or the breeder?

Also, Jennifer Herbers was supposedly the first owner of Panzer and sold him to this woman? The breeder has told me she had a contract with Jennifer Herbers.

 Just trying to get to the truth n finding my puppies.

Did you receive a GSD or Panda Shepherd?

To answer your questions,

No, I don't remember a female Panda GSD in her possession, though that's not to say she got one after I quit. No, she doesn't operate out of Missouri, just the Texas gulf coast. From what I've heard though, she's scammed people via the internet from as far out as Michigan.

And the final question,

The vet she used was Dr. Hester of the Rosenberg Veterinary Clinic in Rosenberg, Texas.

I hope this information finds some use with you.

Do you have any information regarding the vet she used?  I understand they have banned her.

Did you happen to see any multi colored GSDs in her possession while you were there?  I have had dealings with her which aren't good.

Never ever buy a cat or dog off the internet from anyone in Missouri.  They are the puppy and cat mill of the US.

I had the displeasure of dealing with this woman, in such a way that I know many things others do not. For a time I worked for her and I am almost certain that this report on this woman will have repercussions for me, my family, and most of all my animals, but this needs to be heard.

I worked on and off for this woman for a few years, leaving time and again, only to return under the vain hope that she changed. I helped her feed animals, clean up after them, as well as riding along with her on a few of her sales. I was young, stupid, needed money, and liked animals. It seemed like the perfect job.

She goes to animal shelters and picks up their dead and dying, as well as a few "death row" animals, under the guise of helping them find homes. She crowds them into cages and kennels, far too many per. She feeds them all once per day, sometimes every other day, using the absolute cheapest food she can buy. If she can cut corners, she will. Many of the kennels are held together with baling wire and cable ties.

She doesn't have a real method of cleaning up after them, just spraying the rock down to remove waste, or let the rain do it. She routinely beats animals that act out, you know, dogs being dogs and barking, or cats being cats and scratching her.

She once beat, and slung a young kitten for scratching her, almost killing the poor animal. I witnessed this, not only that, my father witnessed this. When cleaning out her storage shed where she keeps her animal cages, I found a pet carrier with the skeleton of a cat in there.

The turning point that drove me to quit for good was when she noticed I enjoy collecting firearms as a side hobby. She managed to talk me into disposing of the animals that were too sick to sell, or the ones she simply deemed as crazy. On the property she rents, at the back end of the pasture is a small spot of woods. She had me dump the animal carcasses there. When she couldn't get me to shoot animals she simply would drive out into the country and dump them. Sometimes at highway speeds. I simply could not handle this grisly task for her anymore, and I quit for the final time. Never again will I kill an animal I don't intend to eat, and never again will I work for her. 

I have blood on my hands, which is why I'm coming forward with this information. She needs to be stopped. All attempts to contact the SPCA have been for nothing. She knows somebody that works at the SPCA which in turn contacts her whenever an inspection is about to occur, so she has time to clean things up. 

As stated, as soon as I post this, I will most assuredly receive trouble from this woman. I've been threatened into silence before. But never again will I let this happen. She MUST be stopped.

everyone is right about jennifer hayley herbers. i have seen her in action ripping off people one by one. i didnt realize she was doing it at first but everyday i would see her makeing money off of the poor helpless animals .she does not take care of them .she either drops them off somewhere or kills them if there not needed, she leaves poor innocent puppys in cages near the ground where they get sick. it is a unhealthy place for them to be. she abuses her dogs either whenever they do aything to irritate her or make her mad she shoots them with a bebe gun if they dot mind her. they are so scared that they wat out of those cages and i agree with those animals. because its everytime they get into a fight she goes in there and gets big wooden stick and hits the other with it so hard it starts to not beable to get up .she thinks that it teaches it a lesson about fighting. when really shes killing it and she knows it. she is a horrible person i feel so bad i cant do a thing to help those poor animals. please i beg anyone that can help. these animals deserve a good home they are abused, shot, or dropped off when not needed.i kow everything about her. i swear the only thing i dont know is where she drops them off at i cry myself to sleep everynight knowing those animals are there with that person and she has a 3 or 4 year old daughter she abuses. i know this i swear she is a terrible person. she has gotte to many people involved and hurt. shedeserves to be in jail in her own cage.

The POINT is to be careful.  You may have just bough a puppy but have you received papers that were legit?  Over a year ago I bought a puppy and she gave us false papers and promised to re-register my dog's litter and correct the situation.  If someone is not experienced enough in breeding and papers, etc. they may never know they received wrong papers and what to look for.  I have caught numerous ads of hers using fake pictures from a breeder in the eastern part of the U.S.  The point is be careful because yes my dog is perfectly healthy but she is also not registered because she gave us false papers. 

I bought a German Shepherd from her last week. We had a miscommunication and she invited me back to her place to pick up a free dog this week to make up for it. She has jumped through hoops to make sure I was happy with our transaction.

She gave us the wrong papers to our dog, still hasn't resolved the situation a year later.  She's always on hoobly making fake ads on bengals and german shepherds

We need to talk and figure out how we can put an end to this... We just buried a 7 week old kitten that we bought from her 4 days ago!
