Jennifer Dawn Macalusco. Entered in to a partnership to purchase a hotel. ( red flag #1 ) Jennifer insisted on no paper trail as her husband had not filed income tax for a few years. She invested $250k with 50% partnership After 6 months Jennifer decided to convert partnership to loan, this was agreed and and after six months of payments Jennifer hid 2 payments ( cashed by her personally ) and filed foreclosure as a second position on lien.
I listed property for sale and accepted a full price offer. Jennifer contacted ' Buyer ' and proposed he pull out of sales agreement and buy in trustee sale. Which he did. FBI in Phoenix office confirmed this was illegal act (#1) Jennifer then went on to ensure as much personal harm as possible, including calling in false reports, as well as compensating my ex wife for the conspiracy to now for close my home.
This was done by my ex breaking into my ( court ruled sole property) and defying all court orders to move out. EX wife was charged criminally with contempt and harassment.. but held property until foreclosure in which time JENNIFER MACALUSO purchased my home and sold it A month later go a $80,000 profit.. BOTTOM LINE IS THIS PERSON IS A FRAUD AND HAS COMMITTED 2 ACTS OF FRAUD AGAINST ME as well as untold amounts of personal harm...
