Jennyfer Pena is FRAUD!!!!!!!!! she is a women whom i came across in search of purchasing a home in Miami. We saw many places and then i liked one and she asked me how much down payment i will put and i said $5500.00 she immediately replied OK, you need to give me the down payment in cash so it will look good for the bank approval. I gave her the money and she promised me that Real Estate Sales Force will email me a deposit reciept and sales contract to make my offer on the home. Sure enough that never happened after numerous attemps to call and email Jennyfer had stole my money and disconnected her phone number. I went to Coral Gables Police and filed a theft report and they are investigating this matter. They would like to know if any other victims fell into Jennyfer Pena's Scam for swindling monies for real estate properties. I am also starting a Lawsuit against Real Estate Sales Force to recover my deposit monies i put down. If there is any other victim of this Scam by this heartless cruel women please come forward and help the authorities put away this crimminal women.
