You are an inspiration to all who have been ripped off by JEWELRYBYEZRA. Your tenacity paid off and you got your money back with interest. However, I hope you will continue to monitor JEWELRYBYEZRA and give us your input from time to time. EBAY FRAUD committed by one eBay member has a negative effect on evry eBay member (buyers and sellers alike). JEWELRYBYEZRA does not owe me any money. However, their dishonest business practices contribute to lower overall selling prices because potential apprehensive and victimized buyers are either hesitant to bid or drop out of eBay altogether. EVERY SINGLE EBAY MEMBER SHOULD BE OUTRAGED BY THE SCURRILOUS SHENNANIGANS OF THE FILTHY PIRATE FROM NEW YORK ... JEWELRYBYEZRA. AND... EBAY SHOULD BE PROSECUTED FOR ALLOWING THIS SORT OF THIEVERY TO CONTINUE UNCHECKED.

This is a common rountine with this company. I also went through the same situation with jewelrybyezra. First, don't let the strikes scare you, fight back! 1- File fraud with ebay. 2- File fraud with law enforcement. 3- Email this company everyday. 4- Demand all of your money back plus interest. 5- [DELETED] [Contact may be obtained via ripoffreport.com] [Place your comments below and be sure to include your FULL contact information so Rip-off Report can contact you.] I received my money back, with interest from jewelrybyezra last week. I have been fighting them from July. It's a total shame that ebay lets this company upset and ripoff so many ebayers. If all else fails contact your local media. I did. Oh, bye the way, they also took off the strikes.
