JK Home Services- Les Bottke- Johnny Hill THEFT OF SERVICES Forest Hill Texas
Section 31.04 of the Texas Penal make the conduct exhibited by Johnny Hill and Les Bottke, criminal. Sometime around the 22nd day of September, 2015, I was contacted by Jonny Hill at my home in Mobile, Al. Upon taking the call, Johnny offered me a couple of home repair jobs. I informed Johnny that he would have to pay a minimum of half the cost for repair but, Johnny convienced me that he represented a reputable buisness and that he guaranteed payment for the delivery of services. After having Johnny agreeto payment through email exchange, I hired contractors to perform the services.
Upon completion of the service I requested payment but have been giving the run around by both Johnny Hill, Les Bottke, and their staff. These guys had no intention of paying me before for service rendered. As such, On the 2nd day of October, 2015, I'm contacting local authorities to bring a criminal action against Johnny and Les. They both are in fact, guilty of fraud, theft and other statutory prohibited conduct. If you have been a victim of this company please contact me by way of my email. [email protected]

I have done over a dozen jobs for Mr Hill of which he has always paid a 25 percent deposit and draws every week and purchased all material out of an account at Home Depot have never ever had an issue with them not one single time if you did not get paid it's because you did bad work if you really were owed that much money you would have taken this to court instead of going on the internet and whining about it I have contracts and receipts totaling far over 50k.
