JLB Builders Associates John Larry Boyd's farse claim has since been denied by the insurance company. I started receiving threatning emails from JLB's attorney asking NESCR Co to settle for 37k. The insurance provider immediatley retained council to address JLB attorney letting him know NESCR Co. has retained council.

At this time JLB attorney has not replied and is no where to be found.Well Mr Boyd if you're really owed 37k as you claimed in your fraudualnt insurance claim then why havent you answered the attoneys letter hmmmm. NESCR Co has multiple witness who are ready and willing to testify on our behalf. I will pursue Mr Boyd to the fulles extent that the law will allow and will be filing form 93A and will sue JLB civily for the 15k he owes NESCR Co. Please do not do business with John Larry Boyd you will regret later.

JLB BUilders Associates Milford Ma. owner/general contractor John "Larry" Boyd. Mr Boyd owes NESCR Co approx. $12,000.00 for services rendered at the 58 West St Walpole Ma. on Dec 4th thru Dec 21st. Mr Boyd likes to deviate from the contract making up his own rules and scope of work outside of the contract that he signed. Mr Boyd made good on the initial deposit and the first progress payment however he did not make good on the second progress payment or the retainage. Mr Boyd continued to stall payments claiming that he's waiting on the owner Mike Manzo to release payment. In the mean time NESCR Co completes the job still no payment. After the inspection of NESCR Co work Mr Boyd starts to flip flop stating that he is not happy with the clean up. NESCR Co. spends a second 10 hr day cleaning up the space. Mr Boyd is still not satisfied with the clean up. Mr Boyd takes it upon himself to hire a 3rd party to clean up without consulting with NESCR Co. Mr Boyd then file a claim against NESCR Co insurance company for the cost to clean up. To date the claim is still under review.

I spoke with the owner of the building that NESCR Co performed work on and the owner stated that the payment was released a few weeks after completion to John Larry Boyd. The contract specifically stated "if the owner approves the sub contractors work the payment shall be paid in 7 days" well the owner approved the work and the payment is 40 days past due. This would leave one to believe that Mr Boyd is telling Mr Manzo one thing and telling NESCR Co another.

Here's what Mr Boyd is up to. I call it the "Double Dip" inside contractor control fraud keep reading...

Mr Boyd tells the owner work is completed I need to pay the subs. Mr manzo releases funds to Mr Boyd. Mr Boyd then fabricates the quality of work to NESCR Co. and decides to withholds the $12,000.00 he received from the owner. Mr Boyd then files a false insurance claim for alleged damages. Mr Boyd then brings his friend Jumar the  Painter(he's the co-conspirator)into the scheme to help further it. Mr Boyd supposedly hires Jumar to clean up the alleged damage. Jumar then invoices Mr Boyd for pre arranged dollar amount. If Mr Boyd is successful and collects the insurance check Mr Boyd pays the co-conspirator for his roll and then pockets the difference. If Mr Boyd is unsuccessful with the claim there's no financial loss to Mr Boyd or Jumar because there was never any damage to begin with. Mr Boyd will simply wash 12k he owes NESCR Co. by simply by paying Jumar the co-conspirator then Jumar return the payment back to Mr Boyd in the form of cash. Mr Boyd stands to profits thousand of dollars from other contractors hard work and sweat. Mr Boyd is a fraud a thief and should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the allow.

Mr Boyd's insurance claims is a complete fabrication. I have written statement from the tenants who occupy the space directly next door in the building that clearly states that Mr Boyd's claim was fabricated and never happened.I also have written statement from other subs who worked on the job stating that there was no damage to the space.

The damage Mr boyd is claiming is dust, NESCR Co sandblasted approx 8k Sq Ft. Jumar Mr Boyd's personal painter could not get the paint to adhere to the substrate. Here's why the paint would not adhere the painter did not use the right paint the painter did not investigate the substrate the painter did not prep the substrate the painter did not test spray a smaller area before applying the paint the painter did not conduct a weather test the painter did not conduct moisture test the painter did not follow the manufacturer's instruction before applying the paint. This is the true reason why the paint did not adhere. Here's a few more reasons why the paint did not adhere the temperature in the room was approx 20- 30 degrees way below manufacture guideline the painters applied the paint while it was raining, snowing and sleeting outside which is against the manufacture guidelines. There were two leaks causing 2 10'x10' puddles on the floor in the workspace. Most importantly there was pre existing paint condition that was causing the original paint to peel which proves that moisture and temperature were definitely the cause for the paint not adhering. Not to mention the painter had no clue what he was doing.

Please note NESCR Co was not hired to paint. NESCR Co did not hire the painter. JLB Builders associates John Larry Boyd hired the painter.NESCR Co was strictly hired to brush blast peeling paint. NESCR Co specializes in 96% dust free sandblasting we do not blast dry or use abrasives that contain silica dust. NESCRC uses new technology for this very reason to avoid dust. Our system is tested and approved 96% dust free.

I hope Mr Boyd realizes in the state of Massachusetts misleading or filing a false insurance claim is first degree felony.NESCR Co attorneys will be investigating Mr Boyd's claim if deemed necessary will seek a criminal complaint with the attorney general office against JLB BUilders & Associates Inc. John Larry Boyd.

NESCR Co attorneys are in the process of collecting the debt and will use every means necessary. Please If JLB BUilders or John Larry Boyd has separted you from your hard earned money using similar tactics above please let us know about it we want to hear from you.

Please check back with us later I will keep adding updates on the progress of our case.
