JMW FINANCIAL SERVICES Ripoff of College Student Trying to Make Money for Wedding and School Work at Home Scam California
Okay I admit I was stupid enough for falling for the trick. I'm a 20 year old college student who is dirt poor, up to her neck in debt, and engaged to a wonderful man who also does not make too much due to past decisions. I already work part time at a legitmate place on a regular basis, on-call at another place, and is a temp at another. I need money period.
I saw the add in a free weekly liberal newspaper. So I was like why not? If I get at least an extra $200 a month, it would help a lot. So I called the number and a very nice woman took my call. I guess the only thing different about my call and everyone else's is that I charged it to my credit card instead of my bank account since I had no money in there. I only had about $100 left on my card so I did it. $98. So that was my last credit card that still had some room in it.
I waited for the 5-10 business days and nothing. I had lost the information they had given me because it got separated into the trash pile instead of the keep pile by accident. By this time, the $98 had already been charged to my account and I had the name of the company JMW FINANCIAL SERVICES. So I looked up and found this website. So I smacked my head, banged against the wall a few times. You know the normal punishment for stupidity.
I just got through reading a report that had the numbers of the coporate office so I can try to get my refund back. Please contact the website if anyone out there can help me in this situation. I just want my $98 dollars back + 14.99 %APR on that credit card.
