I have read in many books. Any company that charges for a work at home offer is how they make their money. If it is so good why not hire without a fee. Request payment for the working material and a refund if returned in resaleable condition. Refund the fees or cost of material after completing a certain quantity of positive results. Raboteaux

For the record, JMW is a company that sells a work at home opportunity. We offer materials and a full-service training center to client's who are interested in working from the comfort of their home processing MIP refunds using the very program that was developed bu HUD. This list of persons owed a refund by HUD is updated regularly and is always evolving. Althouth this work may not be for everyone, we do ask that it be attempted for at least 90 days before we issue a refund. To this very day JMW has many happy clients who are successful at tracing. They call and speak to our training center all day, every day. As with any business it is simply not possible to make everyone happy 100% of the time. As a matter of fact, this very site will show you that many very large and well-known reputable businesses that have been in business for many years will have complaints against them on this site. Try searching for your favorite store; it is probably here for some reason. It is very important to note that although some complaints against some businesses are probably valid, all the complaints on this site are very one-sided. It is also important to note, after 4 rebuttals, it costs $25.00 per rebuttal for the company or persons rebutting aganinst any complaint made for free. The majority of complaints against JMW come from would be Third Party Tracers who agree to work the tracer program for the requested 90 days before asking for a refund. Each and every potential tracer is given an accurate description of what the job entails before enrolling in the program. Once clients start to familiarize themselves with the program, some (a very small percentage) decide it is more work then they are willing to do and immediately start demanding a refund. Bottom line, this is a work at home program but it is still work. JMW issues refunds to clients who show they have worked the program for 90 days and have decided they are not happy with their progress or have not secured an offer of employment. Clients who are disgruntled because they choose not to fulfill the agreement find this site and file a one-sided complaint. Finally, there are various complaints not specifically addressed in this rebuttal. Many of these are clients who have never called to voice concerns of complaints before taking steps or making changes without imforming JMW of their intent. Instead, they use this site to fuel a fire or chaos that is literally burning out of control simply due to the fact that one person decided it is okay to "sound off" in anger with no regard to right or wrong or fairness to anyone.
