I started my relationship with the "company" Jodi’s Italian Ice Factory on a good note, I first discussed a business proposition with the son of the said Italian Ice shop, Mr. Jesse Tillman. He was young energetic and ready to indulge his family into the future of applications. But he didn't come with just high energy, he came with a sob story about how they previously paid for an app, probably off of fiverr, and the developer never did the work only showed a preview, letting me now "they've been scorned before" boy does that line get tiring. Anyway, in an effort to prove that I was a competent developer, I made majority of their application, not only showed them previews, but allowed them access to the prototype

version of the application itself. They did pay the start up fee once they got a chance to test out the application. Now once we got into doing the changes, usually I allow about two to three revisions to the application (Google does not let you continously pin up and pull down an app without without eventually charging you). I created a logo and did some changes, as per Jesse Tillman, then when it come to getting down to the final payment, I started to notice some miscommunication within the Tillman circle, they constantly contradicted one another, causing me to do multiple changes, though they were all very zealous about the app, putting in their input, each different from the other, it caused friction to where Mr. Brian Tillman, and

family eventually went MIA for weeks, I contacted them concerning my payment, I kept getting excuse after excuse, Mr. Brian even felt it was necessary to give me some "business" advice about having more then one client, which would of been irresponsible on my part to do seeing as starting more then one project, in the middle of another may cause confusion in payment, which I'm sure he wanted to say down the line he owed less then what he actually does, but I was persistent in my pursuit to getting my service fee. They came up with a bunch more sob stories about how they had to pay for their stores and apparently getting into a financial law suite, I'm laughing because this is the same family that tried to give me business

advice, I'm glad I didn't follow because then I'd be in their shoes. I believe that they should of been more financially savvy when it comes to pursuing an application with a developer, you don't pay them last, you pay them when they finish your project, and don't stall by trying to add more content and revisions so you don't have to pay, trying to "keep someone busy" with work will only make your bill higher because developers charge by the hour, I was honestly being nice but they felt the need to take my kindness for a weakness and felt because I am a young developer they could take advantage of me, I have a family, I am a hard working person, these people are sharks lying and taking advantage of people. DO NOT DO BUSINESS.

We run a growing, reputable business with multiple locations in Indiana and were unfortunate enough to try to do business with Jamal.

First of all, I will make this short, because as always, I have work to do. This issue with Jamal has been a distraction to us personally and professionally for over a year now. I hate that I have to file a rebuttal at all, but some people actually may believe this fiction.

Quickly:

1. We run a reputable business with a loyal following. Look at our facebook page-over 600 5-star reviews. We are a real legitimate company.

2. Jamal may have a mental illness (I mean in the clinical way not "humorous way") so I don't know if he actually KNOWS how out of touch he is.

3. Jamal CONTACTED MY SON soliciting for us to use his services. He offered to begin a delivery app for free to show us his work. After he presents us with "version 1" he asks for money to add increased functionality based on our specs and give us the rights to the app. We agree to let him go further.

4. Then the comedy ensues: He begins producing an app that HE WANTS, not one that satisfies us. In the process of dealing with him he:

a. Talks incessantly, not letting us get a word in edgewise and not taking social cues that normally work with regular people.

b. He constantly name-drops about people HE knows and that he thinks will impress us...Also, talks about famous people he's about to work with or has been in the same room with.

c. He continually asks for advances on money even though he's not finished yet

d. He gets jailed and consequently disappears for weeks at a time

e. He threatens to ruin the lives of all of our family members and especially my grand-daughter online with negative information..ie Ripoff Report

f. He calls and threatens/harrasses us into paying him for an app that he likes but we consider far from finished

Let's just say Jamal is not normal, not stable, and not a businessman. Beware!!I believe he's in multiple conflicts on this sight. AGAIN Beware!!!
