I purchased a 2003 Ford Taurus SES on December 03,2003 from Joe Myers Ford. I also purchased two warranties to go with the dealer added equipment that was on the vehicle prior to purchase at $599.00 each. On March 02,2004 I discovered that I did not have the Tire X Exam warranty on my vehicle when I was in the process of submitting a claim.

I immediatly went to the finance department and demanded that the warranty be honored and tires be put on my vehicle.

Their representative stated that I signed two contracts regarding the financing of my vehicle and the contract having the warranty is the invalid of the two contracts signed. That was a lame excuse! Why would anyone sign two comtracts for one vehicle.

When I asked to review and compare the dates and signature on the valid contract that they had in their possessions they refused to show them. I then requested a copy, after all am I not entitled to any document that I sign, they refused. I explained to them that the tire monitoring system was on the vehicle that I had in my possession and according to my contract, that was not shredded or stamped void, it specifically express that my vehicle has the warranty according to the VIN that no vehicle has the same, mileage, color, and model.

I was driving a defective vehicle that eventually led to an accident when the tire that I demanded to be replaced peeled off the rim while I was driving on a freeway. I later contacted companies of other warranties that I purchased.

I later discovered that I didn't have the Theft-Guard warranty reguading the factory alarm that they installed on the vehicle. You can not have the alarm without having the $3000.00 theft guarantee in the event someone steals the vehicle.

Joe Myers have not explained how I have the alarm and not the warranty. Joe Myers Ford is lying and so far the odds are two against one because the same contract I have that Joe Myers Ford claim is invalid is the same contract that my Lein holder has.

My Lein holder provided me a copy of their documentation which lists the two warranties on the vehicle. Thank God! I can't wait until Marvin Zindler, Texas Attorney General's Office, Better Business Bereau, FTC, and/ or Aikens Army get a hold to this deception.
