Joelle took our money when she knew she was closing her business, left us hanging before getting a final decision from lender - it has been a nightmare. she has completely ignored all contact attempts, ignored our complaint process thru the BBB, so now we are pursing it in small claims court. for anyone doing the same please check the AZ Corp Comm web site for updated mailing address information. she seems to be hiding from a lot of people, including the attorneys and other professionals that used to refer her business. even if she had legitimate reasons for closing her business, she had plenty of time to exit gracefully and do right by people by returning their money. she chose not to. what goes around comes around Joelle, I hope you are reading this some day!
