Joe's Muscle Car Garage Worst customer service ever. Complete waste of time Babylon New York
This place is very shady and the customer service is absolutely terrible. I would stay far away from this place. I normally don't complain but this place is a joke I'm not sure it's even a real business, it looks more like an illegal chop shop. I purchased there silver detail package from amazon local called to schedule and I was told the person who handles the scheduling wasn't in and they would take my number down and call me back. Never got a return call, called again spoke to the same rude person on the phone, this time they scheduled me to bring my car in at 9am on a Thursday, I arrived at 9 am and no one was there I waited 15 minutes then they finally showed up. When I walked in I was greeted with a "who are you?" I explained I had called last week and had an appointment, then I was told by him I wasn't in the book, another man then emerged with a giant pitbull saying my car would take to long to detail and he didn't want to do it today. At this point I left and decided that this place had wasted enough of my time, I wouldn't let them detail a radio flyer let alone my car. On the flip side if you have a recently stolen car they may be able to help you out.

first of all the car was way too dirty to do that day and i kindly asked the customer to come back another day when i had more help since one of the guys called in sick. the jeep was caked with mud since you were off roading and need lots of attention. also that giant pitbull you mentioned weighs only 61 pounds and is as gentile as coule be. also you said that i run a illegal chop shop here . i take exception to that . fyi some of the cars here are owned by police officers as wellas the mayor of babylon village. we have won many awards for our services and i am shure your detail would have come out perfect if given to oppurtunity.
