Like the person before me I also ordered Saturn parts from 6th Planet. I sent the check which was cashed over 2 months ago. Also like the other person stated I am still waiting for my parts. I have tried to call Mr. Cutrone but get no answer or voicemail full or a text stating he is in a meeting and will call me back. I still have nothing. Do not order anything online from this company or person, both are a total ripoff.

Is now also known as Top Notch Auto. He got into me for 350 bucks and bent my intake valve when he tried to install a timing kit. He also charged me up front for a new OEM genuine kit and I cold busted his crack headed tail trying to install used parts instead. He keeps ripping people off and he'll just keep changing his business name. When I talked to him he looks like he had his jaw bone broke and wired up a few times, I wonder why. No wonder his wife and kids left him. I real looser he is.

I received a letter from the BBB with an enclosed response from 6th Planet, dated October 25th. 6th Planet states that I had already filed a chargeback and received a refund. On October 25th, I hadn't even been processed yet for the charging dispute and I have received no refund whatsoever from 6th Planet. Therefore, in light of that information the only conclusion is that the letter 6th Planet sent to the BBB was a fabricated, fraudulent attempt to cover their record and buy time. Not a good move...

Since my last update, Mr. Cutrone's business has earned ANOTHER 3 complaints (13 now in the last 12 months), showing a clear pattern of poor business ethics. In the most recent incident, he did not even respond to the complaint directed at him. After telling me to "f**k myself" and get a lawyer to speak to him, Mr. Cutrone refused to even accept delivery of my attorney's certified letter, making it quite clear that he has no desire to negotiate any sort of resolution. His actions, or lack thereof force two choices: filing suit, or even more waiting indefinitely in the vain hope that he will finally decide to fulfill his business obligations.

Mr. Cutrone has managed to earn two more BBB complaints in a time period of less than two weeks since my first report, bringing the total to 10 in the last 12 months and garnering an Unsatisfactory rating. Good business? You be the judge. The situation is still wholly unresolved.
