I had a similar experience with the John Alexander CD package. I noticed a charge on my credit card that I did not authorize. I called my Credit Card Company and was provided the following phone number (818) 464-1650. This number was for the Familytvproducts.com group. I called the number and was able to connect with an agent who said that the charge will be credited back and further charges will be cancelled. I am waiting to verify the results of this cancellation.

Ned, Their system is setup so that you cannot contact them once they have your credit card number and your money. A cc number to them is a license to steal and that is just what they are doing. The only way to stop them is cancel your CC card and get a new number, do it fast they will not stop.
