Complaint Review: John Beck's Mentoring Of America - American Fork Utah

I have mailed the Utah Complaint form, along with my statement and the UN-signed Mentoring of America Enrollment Confirmation. I Have been calling and calling this Karen Johnson and nothing. i get into Looong arguments with the employes and i get no where. They will tell me they dont know who they are and then all the sudden they say oh, she will be here later and then they will tell me she will call back. i dont want to even hear her voice now i am so mad. i just mailed that complaint. SO LIKE I SAID, ENOUGH IS ENOUGH FOR THIS MARINE!!!!

That money in wich i payed the A******S was my re-enlistment money...Yea i know. I have printed out the Utah Complaint form and filled it out completely. i have also printed my "Navy Federal Statement and scratched and whited out the acc. #s. and Highlighted The Transaction. Will this not be neccesary? Do i just call her back? Or do i just go Straight to the source and have them bite her in the a*s again???

OOORRAHHH. I am that "Anonymous in Southern California" you speak of. I myself was in the corps too. Did 4 years and got out in late 2003 after a tour in Iraq. 2111/Armorer. This same piece of garbage company cheated me out of more than $7,000.00 the exact same way you just described. That was the amount of money I got from the VA as a recent disability back pay check from injuries I sustained in Iraq during the war. That's how these *&*& and JAYDER SALAZAR priced me at $7,000 plus for the same thing you paid $4,630 for, and what others have paid up to $15,000.00 for. That is why this company has angered me this much. That is why I have been making them pay in the form of refunds to the Ripoff Report reader. (Almost $100,000.00 in refunds within 8 months.) Follow all of my steps and you will get your money back brother. I got mine back after two years in 2006 once I figured out what to do. They defrauded me in 2004 just months after coming home and getting out of the Corps exactly as you just described. Just follow and do all the steps I have been telling all these other people to do. Keep calling KAREN JOHNSON back. The *&*& works there because I spoke to her just a few days ago at that number to make sure. Just tell her that her company violated the UTAH TELEPHONE FRAUD PREVENTION ACT by not letting you know that you had 3 days to call back and be able to cancel for a full refund. Tell her that you know all about the fines and lawsuits that I have been posting about, including the recent $25,000.00 fine from the Utah Division of Consumer Protection on Jan 10, 2007 for violation of the UTAH TELEPHONE FRAUD PREVENTION ACT. Tell KAREN JOHNSON that if she does not give you a full refund, that you will gather up documentation, proof of fraud and violation of Utah law, and turn it all into Utah Investigator Ao Pauga. Tell her that she will then have to deal with the Utah Division again and face more fines if she refused to give you back your $4,360.00 If you have any questions or problems along the way just ask.
