John Casablancas Rip off Tulsa Oklahoma
Its been 4 years now that I've been trying to get discovered in the world of acting/modeling. I heard somthing on the local radio stations khits about John Casablancas audition and casting calls. Even somthing to win a schlorship. I've even been to millie lewis events at local hotels. Millie Lewis said i had "the look" well they all say that.. if u have $3,000 is what they wanted! My mom knew right there that it was a rip off. I been to almost 7 siminars in the past 4 years. So i thaught of somthing Local possibley JCB?.. Wrong.. They also wanted $2,500 for so called "classes" I know one of my friends that went there her mother wound up paying well over $5,000 in classes and Profoleo making. They never got any money back in return! not even a job. You had to call a hotline to see if you were even able to audition. Even then your work wasnt guarenteed. These soo called modeling schools and classes have got to be stopped, and so do these SCAM artist from millie lewis. and "teachers" that know about how to walk. I know some people who said they've even had to sue JCB because of the contract they signed. If you ever sign with anybody, never pay any $ up front. Its not worth it. I am still in search of a good agent right now, Im 16. But these people have honestly got to be stopped.

John Casablancas is a school, genious. You think you shouldn't have to pay teachers for their months of time to teach you something? Hahahaha. You'll never get work in the business if you think you don't need to learn the trade! Wake up!

Your complaint has no merit. Didn't you know John Casablancas is a school in which you must first LEARN the ropes of acting and modeling? You pay other schools for lessons (music lessons, dance lessons, cosmetoligy/beauty schools, private education, etc..), so why do you think you should not pay teachers to teach you how to act, model for runway and print, apply makeup properly for headshots and fashion photography, how to dress according to figure type, coloring, size, etc., how to act in front of a camera, how to audition for film and TV.....you really think somebody is going to spend many, many hours, weeks, MONTHS of coaching and teaching you all this information for FREE?? Get real. John Casablancas is a private school you must pay to enroll in. John Casablancas also provides talent and model agency services for those students who have graduated or almost ready to graduate and who has good acting talent, modeling skills nd looks, and all those students who PRACTICE and improve their talent and modeling skills in the course of the session. There are qualified, excellent teachers and staff at J.C. who are very professional minded and care VERY MUCH about the students and their ability to get work in the trade if that is what they truly want. You have to WORK at what you desire by using all that you have learned from the classes.
