Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
My experience of buying a car from John Finger Madza

This is only some of the activity that happened. This is not slander, I telling people about my experience and only the people involved

BUSINESS EMPLOYEES INVOLVED EXCEPT ONE-DID NOT GET HIS NAME

1-ASHER-SALESMAN

2-JUDY-PHONE CALL

3-RYAN McMahan- SAID HE WAS THE SALES MANAGER ACTUALLY DOES THE FINANCING

4-JERRY JANNINCK-SALES MANGER

5-Man From Company Sent by Jerry to witness the signing of papers that was not explained by either of the men to Dad

Approval

1ST their sales people greeted me by bouncing on my car and calling it rubbermaid because it was a Saturn. They didn't dent luckily because even a Saturn can dent.

The salesman I got was named Asher. He took my info and my father's who was not there. I gave my Dad info because Asher said I needed more income and points he said nothing about checking his credit at this time

Asher said that I needed Dad to be a co-signer and not the buyer of the car. Asher called Dad on his cell phone for me to see if he would help me as a co-signor Dad said yes to being a co-signer only nothing was said about Dad being the buyer

Asher did not speak to Dad about the car or financing just me. Asher did not get permission to conduct a sale, run his creditor anything else from Dad not even verbally

Asher took my word on it, he did not know who I was talking to or if anyone was really on the phone I had a witness there with me at the table when this action was done

Pricing

Even though I kept asking about the price Asher did not/would not answer my question I did eventually got, we'll get to that when we get back from the drive

I kept asking even when he said he was working up some numbers when I asked about the numbers on the paper I was told not to worry about them He was using them to figure out how to get the best interest rate.

The price: I was told by Jerry that the cost was $19k after the fact. Actually the vechile was listed on their internet site as $13995, He said the ad was a mistake and that the panel HHR was the one for $13k. Both of the HHRs were listed on another site for $13k which I did not tell Jerry I had seen

Both vechiles were listed on Cars.com also for the same price of $13k The pics of the cars were not the ones listed in the descriptions (wrong cars) The stock number, VIN, description matched the HHRS.

Promo

The fake check in their mailed advertising was to be used as a down payment for any car over $10k The $2700 was not taken off the price of the car nor used as a down payment. They said that would give an insentive of $650. The $650 was included in the loan during financing then gave the check to Dad

I also was told that I did not have to worry about sales tax because they would pay it It was also included in the loan

They also gave people "GOLD" coins as a prize ($2) they are not gold they are golden they are made of the same as the golden coin with the Saw. Indian Mother & child.

Warranty

Extended warranty added. Not explained or told about a charge. Was told that they had included a warranty. No buyer guide on car or given to us

Errors

The contract and Bill of Sale says the car was sold to Martin Arter and the address was wrong. They said it did not matter because it was right on the title and also told by another that they had taken care of the name on the contract.

The contract and bos was not resigned after the change by Dad nor was the 1st one signed by someone from the company atleast not our copy.

The contract was not explained to Dad nor was he told that he was the buyer. i was present at the beginning of the signing and my brother was there in the hall, office door was open. They went in and asked Dad to sign in different places without explaining papers or telling him that he was the actual buyer.

A copy of this note and the paper work has also been sent to the BBB and FTC for review. Also is listed on scam sites for consumer feedback.
