Jordan Almonds - Keller Packaging Group - ebulkcandy.com ripoff should be held liable for stress Internet
On July 19th, 2006 I placed an order for 10 lbs of Jordan Almonds for a wedding in AZ. I live in NM. I gave specific instructions that the wedding date was 09-02-06 and we would be driving from Tucumcari, NM to Phoenix, AZ on 08-28-06. As the date got closer I e-mailed the live customer service response and although it wasn't exactly "live" I did get a response a couple of days later telling me that "they were aware of my deadline and I should be getting my order by the 22nd or 23rd of Aug. Needless to say as those days came and went I was unable to get a reply to my e-mail asking them to please at least let me know if the order was not going to be here on time so I could make other arrangements.
I received an e-mail sometime when I had already left to AZ stating they would be crediting my account back. A refund to my account was the least of my worries. I see the company response box is always entered with a "You were fully refunded for your order". That is totally besides the point. The planning and stress that goes into weddings and other special occasions has a large amount of pressure that someone like this company does not need to add to. They should not only have to credit your account, but also pay for the stress and frustration they create.
