Joseph Cutrone Jo, Joey He will not send me the transmission that I purchased for $1165.00. I paid for it aug. 5 2013 Arcadia Florida
I purchased a transmission for my 2008 Saturn Vue from Joseph Cutrone. I have $1165.00 tied up in this deal and he will not send it to more. He has told me on numerous occations the he sent it butmwould not give me a tracking number. Then he told me that his "guy" sent it to a different address and he fired him for it. Which I don't believe.
He not will not answer my phone calls or my text messages. I paid for the transmission on Aug. 5, 2013. This guy I have a feeling has done this to many people many times and something needs to be done about it. The Better Business Bureau said that there has been 11 reports on him in the last 3 years.
