JRM Vitamax New Age Cleanse & Garcinia Cambogia Complete Scam Tempe AZ
I was dooped just like a lot of others by this company! I bought into the "FREE" New Age Cleanse and Garcinia Gambogia trial for the shipping cost only. It was a link that was suggested on Facebook, and I signed up, gave my CC info and two weeks later, I noticed 2 seperate charges to my account 1st charge of $86.95 and 2nd charge of $89.95. I called the company phone number on the bottle 1-855-493-4197 and spoke to customer service rep that told me I had signed up for auto-shipment and that I had agreed to a 14-day trial of the two products. **I don't remember seeing anything like that on the order page, or the invoice when I received my product. He then told me that if I had called the company within the 14-day trial period, that I could cancel my auto-shipment. I told the rep that I don't remember seeing any of that information. The man then became defensive and told me that it was in writing and that I had signed up for this auto-shipment.
I told the man that I will not dispute the charges that have been filed, but that I will not pay any further charges. I also told the rep that his "company" was all over the internet with bad reviews and reports were sent to the BBB. I also told him not to be surprised if they are contacted by attorneys due to their lack of business ethics and over-charging their customers for products that were perceived to be a "FREE" trial for the shipping cost only.
Buyer BEWARE! Do not use this company! Lesson learned for sure!
