The original date of my purchase was July 11, 2012 I spoke to Judy. I bought floor mats for my salon. I payed them the amount plus shipping which came out to $911. Judy said it would take 7-10 business days to receive my mats. When the 10 days were up I called only to be told (By Judy) my mats were on back order for a week. A week later she said it would be another week, after that she said two weeks. Finally after who knows how many phone calls it was over 2 months so I called once again asked where the mats were only to be told the same thing.

   So I cancel my order and was told by Judy I would receive my money in 10 business days. Yep! you guessed it I got nothing. After calling and calling and not being able to get through I finally got Judy on the phone once again, she said they were no longer issuing refunds. (which she knew from the day she canceled my order) So I would have to talk to my bank and ask for a "Charge reversal" which I think it's ridiculous to begin with. But I said fine and went to my back.

   My bank said there is no such thing as a "Charge reversal" and that I would have to submit a charge dispute in which case they would have to investigate and try to get the money back from JTE System.
 
   I called once again and asked Judy for a cancellation number. She refused to give me one and said that she was no longer doing that. That the owner is the one who could give it to me since he was now in charge of the finances for the company. She said he had left for the day and would call me back tomorrow. I never got a call. I called again and Judy said (and let me just add she was a total jerk throughout this whole thing) that as soon as they receive the paperwork from my bank they would sign it allowing my bank to retrieve the money.

   Well, my bank said JTE System received the paperwork November 5th. It's been a week and they have not heard back from JTE System yet!! So much for "as soon as we get the paperwork we will sign it" crap!!

   This place is terrible! I don't think they even have stuff to sell. I'm getting ready to jump on a plane and head over to that address in Chigago and DEMAND my money back. I know it would cost as much to go there. But now it's about principal. They SUCK!!!!!
