Juan Martinez - Galvan Enterprises Stole money and never delivered Bill Gouldd merchandise. Mcallen Texas
I originally bought some Bill Gouldd merchandise from Juan Ramirez on ebay. He then asked if I wanted more and asked to complete the purchase by a direct payment to him through Paypal.
I made the payment with Paypal for $460 and stupidly used real funds from my checking account instead of a credit card as the source of funds.
He never sent the goods. I created a dispute and he promised to send the goods. He never sent them. Paypal closed out the dispute and was only able to refund me ten percent of what I paid.
Turns out he defrauded more than a few people and Paypal had to divy up any money remaining in the account between all the people who were disputing.
His ebay account was permanently deleted and doesn't even show up on feedback anymore.
He does business through MANY different emails such as:

He also does business in his wife's name Dalia Ramirez.
He commits fraud from various locations especially New York, Florida, and Texas
