Julien Archambault, lawyer JULIEN ARCHAMBAULT CORRUPTED MONTREAL LAWYER AND A LIAR Montreal, Quebec
I hired Me Julien Archambault as my defence lawyer, not having any previous knowledge about his competency. He agreed to take my case. He never presented me with his business card which I found it strange.
I was arrested on false accusations and fabricated lies on the police reports and declarations written by Sergent-detective Joanne Mercier from Montreal police department without any proper investigation. My lawyer never bothered to contact me and tell me what was written, on contrary he covered up and assault on me with bodily injuries, which he never presented in court during the hearings. I have the police report and the hospital report for the injuries that I sustained. I was send to detention, an innocent person. I was not allowed to take the stand and my testimony was never heard. There was no trial, no defence, no evidence presented of any kind, and no cross-examination of the Plaintiffs and witnesses. Furthermore Julien Archambault said in court that I have mental disorder without any proof.
I filed a complaint against him with Quebec Bar Association.
