The phone calls are a waste of time. Send juno a cancellation notice certified mail return receipt requested. Write specifically that any further charges will be reported as fraudlent charges! Dispute every charge they make with your bank and have the credit card issue block them from charging if they can. If not, ask the credit issuer to reissue another card with a different account number. Then go with a good Internet provider with DSL or cable speeds. Spend a little extra every month to get the premium service. Whatever you do, stay away from America On Line!! I had problems with them years ago and I will never do business with them. I am with a major cable provider and they have very fast access speeds. Call and ask for their best deal they offer. When the deal is up, call and ask for their retention department, tell them you are going with another carrier if they don't give you another deal. Most companies will deal with you if you threaten to leave. Hope this helps. Good luck!

You were lucky to have stayed online for up to 2 hours with Juno. It used to be 2 hours for me. Then it became one hour at most. Then a half hour, then 15 minutes at most, etc. I also know what you mean but them making it hard to cancel.4 different times I called to cancel. Each time my call was transfered, was then put on hold, and then like thier dial up service, was disconnected. It's funny how I never got disconnected during the first month I had them. Once I then got locked into the years contract, then, and only then, did the disconnection problems start. Coincidence?
