The WEB site is "Just Bicycles.com". We ordered 2 Beach Bikes on 6/14/05. We finally received one bike after a few weeks, but never received the other. Our Visa was charged for both bikes as well as $77.00 shipping. We called over 15 times and he never answers-just refers you to his E-Mail. He answered 2 of our 20+ E-Mails over a 2 month period and offered no explanation other than to say the order was cancelled. When we let him know that it was not,he offered no further explanation or to refund our money. Only today after letting him know that this could possibly constitute Federal Fraud, did he even resond. His response was to go ahead and sue or dispute the charges. We have been charged over $160.00 for merchandise that we never received and he has no intention of sending.

Mr pink bike is still out cheating the customers, I guess. Hasn't learned a thing from the last round of complaints, I see.

#2Consumer Suggestion

Wed, August 24, 2005

A few months ago, there were several complaints on here about the exact same thing. They went right to the top of the google page. I'm sure they must have cost the company a lot of business. You'd think the guy would clean up his act and get his life together. Back then, I remember he had a major anger problem. Plus, he came here and posted rebuttals, many of them using fake names. He had this thing about pink bikes. Is he gay and upset that people don't accept him? Is that why he's angry at the world? Hey, I go no problem if the guy wants to dress up in a little miniskirt and ride around on a little pink girl's tricycle. If that's his thing, hey, it takes all kinds to make a world. But, the customers really deserve better respect and service than to be charged for something they never get. This all comes right back to what I always tell people. The internet is a roll of the dice when it comes to buying things. Some ecommerce people are as sweet as punch. They send thank-you notes after the sale. And, then others will charge your card and never send anything. You just never know what you're in for when you buy from the internet.
