justfly? No JUSTLIE.... so here I am thinking I going to get a great deal on a family vacation. I work hard and want to take the kids and grandkids to Italy. So i look all day at flights and find a flight to Italy on the dates I need and the time thats right and what I thought would be a good price. Unfortunately it was on just fly.com. When I went to book the flight I had to call because its a "phone only" fare. Hmmmm.ok I call and i figure out just how badly it must suck to work for just fly.com (just lie.com) uh we have a flight thats almost 100 dollars more expensive....no id like the flight you advertised for 463.41 on October 4th....ok I have a flight her for 550 something and the children's flight for 490....um no I'd like to book the flight that I'm looking at for 463.41...r u sure your looking at the right dates? Yes I am because I'm not blind and I can see the price i just read you because i passed kindergarten....can u get me a supervisor...ok...this young man thinks i should understand that he can only give me a higher price and proceeds to tell me that thats an average price not "THE" price. So I proceed to explain to him what false advertising is and a lie is a lie. I explain to him that you don't get too lie Willie nillie to the public in order to lure people to a site with false information. Its called false advertising. Its illegal and yes illegal on the internet as well as any retail establishment you conduct business with in civilized countries. Well says the kid the price is made like this ..you take the entire number of seats then divide them and you get the average price.....wow, I thought this kid has been brainwashed to work for a jerk company that wants to make him look like an accomplice to uber-stupidity, trying to be stalwart of commonsense so that the vicious bad guy (girl) that just wants their advertised price is systematically diverted from their supervisor by ridiculous logic and childlike trust of some kid that needs his 10/hr paycheck and doesnt mind frustrating the crap put of people regurgitating whatever sales shpeal he's been fed..... he eventually gets a supervisor that lets me know she cannot see any such price on her end of the screen so she can't book it but she does have a higher prices fare that I could certain have. So I ask for name rank and serial number and she gives it out like she has probably a thousand times before and politely says I'm not allowed to give my managers name. Of course not why would anyone want to take responsibility for their actions. All parties involved are legal representatives of their company and the managers certainly dont want liability so let the expendable call service rep and supervisor minions take the heat or find themselves looking for another job. Just fly , no not with them, they JUSTLIE.
