I ordered some textbooks from 16 days ago, but up till now, I have not received my order. The total cost of all the textbooks is over $350. My credit card was charged for the total amount of my order.

A few days later, I noticed that made another charge to my credit card under the name Justin's Design Memphis Tn. This time around I was charged approximately 4 times the first amountover $1000, without purchasing anything and my order has not even arrived. Then I decided to contact the person whose name was listed on their website (Justin Nguyen) through their online inquiry form.

Justin Nguyen replied to my inquiry promptly (through the email --which served as the means of communication between worldsmediashop.com and I, throughout) and he told me that the second billing was an error. He said there was a problem with my co-worker. When the person made the charge they enter the amount of another customer instead of yours. They then sent a refund, it should appear on your credit card within the next 5-7 business days.

I immediately notified my credit card company when the refund did not show on my credit card statement after the specified period of time. I was also worried about my order which I did not receive so I decided to contact Mr. Nguyen again. He told me he would look into the matter and find out the problem with the shipping.

This Monday (July 28, 2008), since I couldnt afford to wait any longer, I asked him for a tracking number and he promised to provide one the next morning. The following evening I tried to remind him perhaps, he might have forgotten. I also told him I did not get my refund back.

I was surprised at his response. He said I should just call my credit card company and cancel my order if I don't trust him (Justin Nguyen refused to provide a tracking number as promised). He added that he would call the shipping company to ship the item back to him.

Again, Mr. Nguyen stated that he already sent me the refund, that if I don't have the refund yet, then it is the credit card companys fault. He even suggested that I should call my credit card company, or just tell them that I didn't receive the item and have them request a refund.

On Wed (July 30, 2008), when I tried to check the status of my order again from Worldsmediashop.com, whether it has been cancelled or not, I was speechless in amazement of what I saw. The website was blank and the following message was displayed: Closed for the time being... until we fix the problem with our vendor. All old orders will be refunded.

I then decided to contact Mr. Justin Nguyen again through the email he uses to communicate with me during my inquiries [email protected]. Guess what, I received an auto response that reads I will be away from the office from July 29 until August 5. All order placed from worldsmediashop.com will be delayed in processing. And all past order will be refunded. If you do not receive your refund from us within 10 days. Please call your credit card company and request the money to be refunded to you due to item not being delivered.

I have just fallen victim of a fraudulent website (and individual(s)) that tends to rip people off. Please, I need your help in keeping people like Mr. Nguyen (and his associates) off other innocent people. Justice must prevail. Thank you so much for your prompt attention to this serious matter.
