Juvwana H Honeywood ,Juvwana H Wilson ripoff dishosest fraudulent sales of electronic merchendise claims to hold retail license Fullerton California
Attention: BEWARE ofJuvwana H Honeywood ,Juvwana H Wilson. She claims to hold a retail license and will try to solicit sales of high price merchandise such as Flat panel TVs, DVDs, Laptop Computers, Digital cameras, etc.
She will ask for 50% deposit to make the order and then the balance when it comes in to the warehouse. She does not deliver!
She will cash you check and it will go to her personal accounts to cash them out right away. She is very polite and convincing when it comes to sales. She will use every excuse in the book to keep putting the delivery of your merchandise to you. She even told me to take time off of work and meet her. She left me in a parking lot for hours never even call me to let me know plans changed.
On March 2006, I bought a 42" Toshiba Flat Panel TV from Juvwana H Honeywood aka Juvwana H Wilson for $1550. She cashed the two checks and never delivered the TV. There were tow other co-workers how fell into her trap. It only took four months to have the money returned after multiple times they asked for their money back. Each was $160.
On December 04, 2006, I took Juvwana to small claims court and won by default. Even after being properly served with court documents, the Defendant Juvwana H Honeywood aka Juvwana H Wilson never showed up at the trial.
Sadly. now comes the pain staking duties of attempting to get at least a portion of my hard earned money back! I'll never trust another friend with my money.
