Tampa,#2UPDATE EX-employee responds
Sun, February 24, 2008
A business colleague of mine brought the Kristin of Wesley Chapel, FL's Ripoff Report story to my attention. Owing to the fact that it cast dispersions on my professional knowledge, demeanor and overall effectiveness I felt the need to respond. Kristin did indeed come into JWH regarding information on a possible home purchase. Prior to her visit into our showroom she did call a couple (NOT 15) of times explaining her interest and predicament. She vehemently explained that she was most certain that she would not qualify for a home loan with our company due to a myriad of personal credit problems, pulled credit history data and the like. As I explain to all potential buyers in this situation, the only way to ascertain if they qualify is to fill out an application and have it processed. She failed to provide the proper necessary paperwork, even after it was explained to her a number of times. (Let's say 15 times for arguments sake!) After she was informed that she, indeed, did NOT qualify she seemed almost happy about it, exclaiming, "See, I told you I wouldn't qualify". I deal with a lot of potential buyers on a daily basis but that response floored even me. As for Kristin being in property management, I feel sorry for those she deals with. In her devoid of fact letter about me/JWH she has at least 4 typographical errors (there instead of their, definatley instead of definitely and careless instead of care less. If I were going to make unfounded, untrue claims against a sales counselor I might proof read my work before sending it out. Instead I would suggest that our dear Kristin spend more time working on her credit history, her grammar and her ability to follow directions before calling others "air heads". Certainly this would be a better use of her time than bothering sales people regarding purchases she can't even begin to dream about making. It was an ego boost, however, to see what a powerful salesperson I must be to MAKE someone fill out an application against their will. Unfortunately, as ALL sales associates know, even if they were capable of forcing someone to fill out an application it would NEVER result in a sale. That is why we DON'T do it.
