Kabam Inc. Kabam Games work then not work after getting money San Francisco, California

Kabam's Dragons of Atlantis works great just before very expensive money costing challenges and after you spend the money, the game goes to crap with server lag, unknown errors, realm is busy errors, warnings for clicking too fast even if you just logged in and 1 hour bans for clicking too fast. This has been going on for about 5 weeks or so and within the past 3 weeks I have spent $50 TWICE because they showed improvement of things being fixed and then it is right back to a list of problems that is overwhelming to keep track of within a few hours of spending money. I have not been able to play the game with money invested in several weeks. Support and forum mods are well aware of the issues and they insist that we remain patient and submit only one ticket per day even though we are experiencing dozens of problems at once and we are not supposed to list them all on one ticket for them to be handled properly.
To make matters even worse I have had to switch realms and start over 3 different times because of the same style of abusive cheaters in every realm that rip customers off out of any and every investment and they harass the nicest people until they quit playing. All of them! To make matters even worse the current abusive cheater on me is using the game to attain nude photos and gain sexual favors in exchange for in game rubies currency. This is a game for kids of all ages but Kabam only enforce the rules when it suits one of them.
