Kaplan got the run around about withdrawing Ft.lauderdale Florida
It all started march 14th when I emailed my academic advisor to notify her of my withdrawal. she never got back to me, so I called, I had to schedule a appointment to go over this withdrawal, well she never called me for my appointment so I called her for a week and emailed her for a week. still didn't hear from her. ever person i talked to told me different things on how and who i had to go threw to withdrawal i could never get a straight answer. i found out i had to contact my fin aid counselor to withdrawal too never herd from her, i contacted the supervisors of both my counselor and fin aid counselor. i herd back from one guy and he too didn't help. i saved all my emails of me trying to contact them, i even had to send my counselor a form to notify my new school of my withdrawal it never got done. then i was told i had to send this form to my fin aid counselor never got done from her either. so i told someone in the office i have been trying to withdrawal from this school for 2 weeks and cant get help. and get this i got a email march 26th stating i need to sign the PDW form well there was my form and someone else's form with there name and there SS# and how much they owe, this is a big privacy policy issue. so i signed and faxed the form on April 4th 2008. now today i received another email stating that i need to sign the PDW form for the withdraw of Kaplan, so i called the school and still cant get threw to anyone in fin aide. ill be continuing this note when i cant get threw to someone about this PDW form.
