Karma Automotive LLC Inoperable Vehicle and bad service. Major Flaws with vehicle Costa Mesa California
My car was working well when I took it for the 530 upgrade. After it was returned to me, the hi-voltage battery light came on, and the car would not come out of park. Had to call 9-1-1 as I was afraid of being rear ended. I contacted Karma to no availability. Karma Automotive is unwilling to accept that the software has major issues. My dealer is unwilling to put the old version back on. Joost DeVries and Karma Automotive are hiding major flaws with the software.
