Kasamba charged my credit card for services i didn't agree to ripoff Internet
hello. my name is millicent and i'm writing this because i'm upset with the kasamba website.
i have used their psychic readers in the past, thinking that i was receiving accurate information. i spent quite a bit of money seeking answers to things that i probably already knew myself. however within the last month i sought their services again and paid for a couple of sessions.
they charged me again, double $45, for services i did not agree to at all. as a result, my checking account was overdrawn and i was charged additional monies for overdraft fees. i sent kasamba an email asking that this situation be rectified as whatever little money i have i need, and since i had not authorized this, i wanted my money back. this was over a week ago, and i have not received a response back.
i'm assuming i will not get a response back, and i'm not happy with this. this is not the first time this has happened. i let the first one go and shouldn't have. i have read some of the entries on this site about kasamba, and what i've read bothers me even more.
i was not aware that apparently there is a racket of some sort with them and this does not seem right to me. how many more people have to be taken advantage of before something can be done? i would very much like to know how to resolve this or who i can contact to make sure what i've experienced can be reviewed by others who might think of using services provided by kasamba.

I hope this helps a bit, although I know it won't help with your overdraft fees. Sorry to hear about that. But I just want to say that the "double" charges on there are actually Pre-Authorizations, to make sure the final fee is covered at the end of the session. The charge will be removed and your money will be put back into your account. The only thing I can say is to make sure you have the over amount for the pre-authorization in your account when you get the services. I hope this helps you. I know you will be refunded the money as it happens to all, you have to read everything when you go into the session, it has a link for what they do with the preauthorization before you click OK.
