i still work for K&B and about to quite for all the same reasons as all the other reports falsifying logs and u dont get but your garaunteed miles but you pick up load then go 200 300 mile drop well im not tired enough to go to sleep but in less then ten hours you have to pick up other loads as for the load planner hes a joke how we plan loads if load load planner cant preplan so if u do get miles you run drop load go to sleep wake in 10 hrs just to find out your load isnt going to be ready for 10 14 or till next morning and now u cant go back to sleep im on run now up over 24 hrs and thats not the first by any means my dispatch (josh) is kool my truck or trailer is always fixed in timely manner but in the middle of my break and you cant sleep in truck while its in the shop they say start at .34c per mile and after 90 days you move up to .36c per mile but i didnt get my raise till 2 months after 90 days so im ready to cut my losses if any of you have a lawyer working on this contact me and ill work with them so we can record conversations and record the truck and cond its in when i turn it in im accident free and want to stay that way as for dac you can dispute it just like credit reports and k&b will have to prove it or take it to small claims to get your money in your state and i bet k&b wont show they will settle out of court because lawyers and sowing up in your state will cost way more than they owe you im thinking about contacting the ne dot and see if they want to be in on this when i quite so the will have evidence if you have the ball rolling on something let the people know what im doing and they can get with me i have pics of truck when i got it and i will take pics when i drop it off let me know

As Michael S. Ratkiewicz (notice the first three letters of his last name?) told me, under Nebraska's "at will employment", the company doesn't need a reason to fire, terminate at will or release a driver. On the side of that though, as an "at will" employer state, the driver can terminate their employment relationship with K & B Transportation at will as well. There isn't any notice required. Hey K & B, you can't have it all your way.
As to the DAC report, just as credit reports are required to be accurate, so do reporting companies like DAC. If K & B put false information on your DAC report, thereby barring you from employment in your chosen line of work, then you should consult an attorney and bring a civil action against them. At the very least, you should contact your state's Attorney General's office and tell them what happened, along with your elected officials.
