Thier e-mail now says... our furniture will be delivered next Tuesday because according to them we lost a day because of our attempt to cancel. Their latest e-mail: "I just checked on your shipment. It is due to arrive in Virginia late tomorrow however it has come to our attention that the address you switched the shipment to is a SECONDARY area. This mean they only go to your location once a week. The one a week so happens to be tuesdays so due to the day we lost last week by cancelling the pick-up, it will arrive too late tomorrow to make a same day delivery. This means that NEXT Tuesday is the delivery date to your home...." BUT we spoke to the shipping company and to the manufacturer with Mary from Kelley furniture, and both the manufacturer and the shipping company confirmed the order was not ready for pickup that day (Tuesday) and the earliest it would be picked up would have been the following Friday. And so now once again, we can do nothing but wait. To be continuted.....
