Once Again Kelly Pope is at his finest, Taken money and not returning services and has all the excuses in the world. I have communicate with Kelly via phone and e-mail multiple times, again he states the check in the mails to keep your at bay, and then he tells you to meet, well Mr. Pope, i am coming to you face to face. I didn't do my time in the service to be taken by a person with your caliber, and I tell you by the time I am done with BBB and the State of FLordia you will not have a license you will not be able to scan other people. Unlike others I get my money back or at least get satisfaction.
