Why do you have to constantly change your business name? Why are your work portfolio pics screen grabs from other sites? Why are there so many compliments and NO compliments or vouching on your side? Why, why, why...? Make it make sense.

Kevin: I almost never check this email so for years I have ignored newly received mail here, I truly don't have the time; COVID-19 situation has since given us all time to slow down and really notice the smaller things. Only this turned out to be a big lie. To the people reading this: Please take the time to research the judgments found against this man.
Even though this was from 2009? I almost NEVER delete what is considered important to me. Anyone who wants proof of my husband's case just say so and I will be happy to provide it. You may also get in contact with Equal Justice Center and try courthouse records/archives. Seriously, in this day and age, just as easily as it is to cry you're being unjustly accused it is equally easy to corroborate the accusations, the filings against you and the outcomes.
Please people don't be fooled don't be gullible don't be lazy, take the time to look up the truth before losing your money to such a shady character. Remember an important rule of thumb; if someone is pushing you to do something NOW or change their demeanor when you start to question them? Run, go the opposite direction.
When they get testy the mask is starting to slip off and they're not too sure how much longer they can maintain the lie so they need to get your money as quickly as possible. Investigate! before having to commiserate with others, like us, who got gypped. But at least we were compensated in the long run. I apologise to anyone who fell for the "okey-doke" because of the delay in my answer... Thanks for listening.

Every payout, court-ordered reimbursement and judgement against Kevin Ellner can be verified. Kevin can continue to write positive fake posts and all of us that have been burned can continue to rebut; it is up to you to check this person out BEFORE you hand over a check to him that you cannot get back without a lengthy court process. Contact the Equal Justice Center at :
510 S Congress Ave # 206 Austin, TX 78704
(512) 474-0007
Contact the courts here in Austin, research this person just as you would anyone who comes to your door asking for money. Kevin? Expend your energy in doing right from this day on instead of denying what can easily be found out by lifting the telephone. You cannot change your past but you can say " I made some mistakes some years back but have cleaned that up and let me show you what I have done recently..." You know? NOTE: He has used false brochures of stonework done that was NOT HIS work. Equal Justice Center has my copy of this flyer. People don't get scammed. There are so many other reputable companies out there that are not in court every other Sunday...LOL Just do your homework.

The person who posted this complaint is either an unhappy ex-employee who was fired or a sub contractor who's contract was not renewed. I have been in business for 20 years and there are no sub contractors or ex employees who are still owed money. It is not uncommon for me to have a sub contractor re work a project or make changes to work they have done if the work is not correct or not up to the standards of my company. Unfortunately in is part of doing business. My crews are paid for work that is done correctly and meets the standards of my customers and my company. If work has to be corrected or redone the sub contractor is responsible for the corrections. Unfortunately the sub contractor is often unhappy about having to go back and rework things or make corrections. It take 5 minutes for a someone to post negative press and unfortunately they are not held accountable for such slanderous posts. Any employee or customer may contact me at [email protected] and I will make every effort possible to resolve any issue that is outstanding. Thank you very much
