You can only get support from the reseller. If the reseller goes under then Key System will not honor any contract nor will the PROVIDE any TECHNICAL SUPPORT TO YOU.
The product is inferior and is in constant need of service.
MAKE sure that you have all the t's crossed and the i's dotted if you insist on buying a telephone system from Key System.
