I totally stand by your comments. They promise they will mail you the title of property. Then package lost, then original person can't be found. The reason is because these criminals change their names so much they are not intelligent enough what fake name they used the last fake call. The state of California needs to get with the program. We are honest people, working, paying taxes and your paychecks. Is it not time to put these a******* behind bars. They are flat out criminals. They wake up everyday with one purpose, TO SCREW honest people over.
