Get the handbook..keep all your paper work and never to business on the phone with them if it gets sticky....certified letters or E-mail only

Kia is a low end car manufacturer. When you spent the 7 or 8000 on the car did you really think you were getting something that not only was top of the line but came from a good company? They don't "make Honda, Toyota, etc look like a MUCH better choice", those car companies ARE better choices. Your only recourse is to try and contact the home office of KIA and register a complaint
