aka Gambit rewards points Offers!!!



I, along with NUMEROUS others have repeatedly attempted to complete offers via Face book Mafia Wars ( and other sites) through the GAMBIT rewards system. I have submitted repeated evidence of purchases and inquiries when those points were not awarded, but NO POINTS HAVE BEEN AWARDED after 20+days. 



See my BBB.org complaint below and my letter to Gambit's CEO, Noah Kagan.



I intend to file a class-action lawsuit on behalf of CA Consumers.

The below BBB complaint is step one.



If I do no hear back from you TODAY do not bother replying at all, as I will contact my attys. and file a class action lawsuit on behalf of all CA consumers. On the other hand, I am sure that the Offerpal Media lawyers would love to file ANOTHER suit against Kickflip, so I'll just contact them. Consumers should be protected by such fraud and I will do my part to make sure that it happens. 
 
If you believe that I'm bluffing, ask your lawyers to pull up my court records via pacer.

Complaint Description: 
 
I participated in 2 offers for Video Professor & Disney Videos via " Kickflip, Inc" dba http://www.getgambit,com/ aka Gambit. These offers were completed on Sept. 7th and Sept. 12th 2009. Gambit promises to award Godfather reward points for Zynga, Mafia Wars within 15 minutes of completing an offer. Again, I completed these offers Sept. 7 and 12th 2009. On or about Sept 8th and Sept. 12th, I have supplied Gambit with proof of my purchases, I supplied: 1) The confirmation emails / receipts for both video professor & Disney offer. 2) The emails stating the products were shipped. Gambit has yet to credit the 296 Godfather Points they promised for Video Professor and the 119 points for the Disney offers. My credit card was charged & 2 weeks ago, I received an email from Video Professor & Disney confirming the CDs / DVDS have been shipped, which they have to date. I have contacted customer service at least 15 times re: Support Request #2236431 and #2280931. I have also contacted Noah Kagen, the CEO of Kickflip, Inc. aka Gambit via Twitter and Email to no avail.  I have attempted numerous calls to Gambit; they do not respond. Noah Kagan promised via Twitter that someone would handle my complaints 7 days ago; no one has contacted me to rectify the problem as of Sept 25, 2009. 
 
 Your Desired Resolution: 
 The 415 Reward Points for Mafia Wars due via completing the 2 offers. 
 
 This case will be reviewed by a complaint specialist at the Better Business Bureau, and then forwarded to the business for their response.
It is our policy to allow the business 10 working days to respond to your complaint. You will be notified when the business has responded.
