IF you are going to bad mouth a company at least have up-to-date information. This letter has to be close to 4 years old since Visage hasn't been kids.com's photographer for about that long. Also, look at the grammar in that letter and ask yourself about the intelligence of the person who wrote it. The verbage is so disjointed that it makes no sense. I think the problem here is that this person just didn't understand what kids.com was offering.

Patricia, Do not give up so easily!!! That is how this company continues this deceitful business. I too was a parent who was mislead by Kids.com. But I would not take no for an answer on getting my money back. I filed reports with the Federal Trade Commission, the Better Business Bureau and my local Consumer Affairs office (who did get my money back). I also had my local news station do a report on Kids.com to warn other parents. I don't know about you but $595.00 is money that I didn't have and I was not going to stop until I got my money back. It took a couple of months but I finally prevailed. So please do not give up!!! Smartmoney.com also featured my story and complaints about Kids.com. Check it out. Good luck to you.
