I was informed about the Day of "O". However, I didn't stick around to experience the madness. I asked a lot of questions; the answers were not clear and sounded suspicious. I tried to research Kinetic Marketing and Bonsai Marketing, but of course there is no records or information since they change the company name every few months. I remembered hearing Cydcor, so I looked on Google. I was stunned to read all the "Rip-Off" statements on this website. I've been self employed for 15 years. After asking questions, I learned about the 100% commission compensation and no benefits and self pay all expenses. These were signs that the company had absolutely no investment in the sales reps. I also asked about how the management is structured. I was told it was "straight-line" management and that all managers were on the same level as the reps. When I learned about "building a team". This clearly indicated the Pyramid.
