Kings Choice Food ripoff came to house. sold us meat, using senior citizens as their exameple. we could postdate a check. they changed the date and cashed it overdrawing my acct Orlando Florida
A man drove up to my house selling meat. He talked a good game. He used senior citizens as his selling tool.
He said we could pay several ways but we chose to write him a check. We both agreed that it would be dated for 30 days later. He then took the check crossed my phone number out wrote a fake one in, wrote a fake driver license number on it and changed the date from the 23 to 03.
They deposited this check 20 days early and caused 7 items to bounce.
I have tried to contact this company for several days. They are not responding

They will be able to see clearly the check has been tampered with. Question though, if you saw him crossing out numbers and writing fake stuff in, why didn't you do something at that point?
