Complaint Review: KIngsport Fence - Kingsport Tennessee

My name is Janice and Junior Baker was hired to construct a huge dog kennel. The price seemed fair given the very emphatic warranty he gave. His warranty and words are totally worthless. He guaranteed no dog to get out of this kennel ever and if they did then he and his crew would go "Themselves" and retrieve the dog at any cost.

Well not only was this a "crock" he will not even answer the phone from the person who hired him,he never returned to finish the job that he promised to be completed no later than December 1,2007 he left screws so loose that the kennel shook when manually touched by hand. He did return on one occasion to say he would pour the needed concrete edging and set a date for that.Failed to show again. the dogs got out the very first night and it tooks hours to find them. He was called and at that point is when he set the date to come right back and finish and fix.He neither finished nor fixed and these dogs/babies have injured themselves on the kennel getting out. He has yet to ever answer the phone let alone attempt or offer to attempt to help or finish as he refuses to answer all three-3 of his phone numbers. Those numbers are: 423-288-5555,423-292-4487 and 423-384-3738. To top it off reverse phone lookup calls one of these a Bakery.

Now thanks go to Mr.Baker for the loss of my sons "Baby". This was indeed his favorite dog and as Mr. Baker knew my son was leaving to go to the Marines and I, his mother being disabled had to have a reliable kennel to protect these Babies. Thank you Mr. Baker for showing this whole area and country just how you truly feel aabout the safety of Our Country and the safety of peoples loved pets.

For your information Mr. Baker, Pets are peoples families not just some worthless sack of bones that you obviously care nothing for. Thank you for your honor and truthful reliability. I will along with others continue to try to reach you and will most definetly let others know in every way possible what type of person and business man you Are Not! Your work was slip shod and your person is not even up to that level. Not only should you be ashamed you should be forced to live in the quality kennel that you put up! Bet you won't take very long to want out either,and want be because of anything accept your own knowlege of what crap you do and call it work and what you know you are, and that Mr. Baker is a Deliberate sneaking, coniving Crook! Well where I come from we call people like you A Thief. Pure and simple but oh so very true now isn't it ? Feel good Mr Junior Baker ? I doubt you ever loose a moments sleep except for when you are planning your next meeting with another innocent trusting Human of which you should not even be allowed to be called ! Hmmm, maybe you need to become a politician instead ! You have hurt this family either way and now we have lost a Baby due to your incompetence.

For further information the original estimate was given on November 24,2007 and scheduled to be done no later than November 29,2007. Previously in article you will notice the start never occured until December 1 2007. Fence had a written warranty of 12 years.
