This is NOT a factory authorized Kirby dealer or service center, despite what the owner may try to tell you. You may verify this with the Kirby Corp. The owner and his employees are clueless and incompetent. I had to bring my Kirby vacuum back three times for them to even come close to making a correct repair. The owner is rude and nasty and has an attitude problem. Avoid this place. Do not take anything for repairs to these morons.
