Kirsch Loud Speakers Scam, Rip Off, Doesn't Work, Lie, Robbery, Illegal Humble Texas
I was the victim of another "white van scam" but at the time had never heard about it. The "salesman" approached me and told me he had an extra set of the K3 Speaker sets that someone had already paid for but didn't need so he was looking to make a few more extra dollars. I offered him $500 and he showed me the "magazine" scam and also told me they had a 5 year warranty. How could I go wrong? Well, he never gave me a receipt or a phone number. As soon as he got the money he was gone. Knowing that something was wrong, I came home and attempted to hook the speakers up anyway. However, after two full days of working on them, I realized they never worked to begin with! I have tried contacting all of the email addresses given on the website but they don't exist. There are no numbers to call either. I'm a single income family and losing $500 may not be much for some people, but for a household who has 3 kids, it's devastating. I'm not sure what I need to do but I will not stop contacting people until I feel I have justice with this company and at least attempted to let everyone else know about the Kirsch company.
