Kleritec is clearly the worst company alive!!! They call and ask if this ____ (my name) and I say yeah who is this? they say its Kleritec offering a special offer for some stupid stuff i didnt even want so i say no thanks Im good then hang up.
Well couple weeks later I get this HUGE package in the mail with cheap toys and hard rock clay from Kleritec wandering why I even got this package I try call them but as anyone else that has dealt with them before its nearly impossible to get ahold of them. Then a week later I get a bill from them saying I owe $500 for this stupid package that I never wanted or even ordered in the first place.
Again I call and call and can only get ahold of them early when they first open, and they tell me because I verified my name ( which I only said yes to my name!!! ) that I wanted their package. After over a week trying to tell them I never ordered their package and that Im not paying this bill this rude, unhuman lady on the other end keeps hanging up on me then I finally get a return package number from this irritating lady to which she gives a sarcastic remark, "good luck trying to send the package back its going to cost you out of your own pocket." Well because this package is 50 lbs and sending over FedEx is going to cost a fortune Im stuck with this package that I never wanted writing this complaint hoping to save anyone else from the same trouble and sitation im in ;(
